Returns
See item details on Etsy listing page for return and exchange eligibility.For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery.

Your information such as name, address, and payment information is collected in order to complete and send your order. Your information is not being shared with anyone except Etsy. Your data stays confidential at all times.Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.

How long is shipping?
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days, with most items shipping out the same day they are received.
Can I get a refund if shipping takes longer than stated because of customs?
Shipping times do vary from country to country and we are not responsible for a package being held at customs. Please be aware of shipping and processing times, and select the proper shipping method accordingly.
I want to return a pattern or book?
All sales on patterns and books are final and can not be returned.
Why can't I return the fabric I didn't use?
Fabric is sold by the meter or by the yard, once it is cut off the bolt it is non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will provide any tracking information we have as well as aid you in launching an investigation with Canada Post to find your parcel. We cannot reimburse you for the cost of replacing a lost parcel (fabric costs and shipping costs).
What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address?
You are responsible for all costs associated with having another order shipped. This includes cost of the order and shipping fees.
Is a tracking number included?
Due to an increase in slow arrival or lost packages, that we ship all of the items in our store out with a tracking number. This gives us and our customers a piece of mind knowing that if their parcel should go astray, we are able to follow a trail in order to help them find their package.
